By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using any part of the 92pr platform available at 92pr.bid ("the Platform"), you ("the Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Agreement"), our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or terms published by 92pr in relation to specific games, promotions, or features ("Supplemental Terms").

• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary or mandatory, on the 92pr platform or any associated platform. Creating a new account to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious violation of this Agreement.
• Not Acting on Behalf of a Third Party: You must play under your own name, with your own funds, and on your own behalf exclusively. Acting as an agent for another person, receiving deposits from third parties, or withdrawing to accounts not registered in your name are all prohibited.

When registering a 92pr account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are required to immediately update your account details if any information changes. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension.

One Account Rule: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 92pr account. Holding multiple accounts simultaneously — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, 92pr reserves the right to close all accounts involved and forfeit all associated balances and pending bonuses.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password). All activities conducted through your 92pr account are your responsibility, whether or not you authorised the specific action. You must notify 92pr immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

Verification (KYC): 92pr operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in compliance with international anti-money laundering standards. You may be required to submit copies of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and proof of the payment method used for deposits. • Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified claim window, and bonus wagering requirements not completed within the stated validity period, will automatically expire. Expired bonuses and associated winnings are forfeited without appeal.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold and wager on one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly permits multiple concurrent bonuses.
• Maximum Bet with Active Bonus: While an active bonus is in your account, the maximum bet per hand, spin, or round is Rs 2,000 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

92pr reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and this Agreement, the more restrictive condition shall apply.

Game Outcomes: The outcome of all games on the 92pr platform is determined either by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software — independently tested for fairness and randomness — or by the physical actions of live dealer personnel in real-time studio environments. Both formats are designed to produce outcomes that are beyond the influence of 92pr or any individual player.

Technical Errors: In the event of a technical error, server failure, disconnection, or any fault in the Platform that results in a game round being interrupted, 92pr will make reasonable efforts to restore the game state. If restoration is not possible, the stake for that round may be refunded at 92pr's discretion. Winnings generated during rounds affected by system errors that were incorrectly credited due to malfunction are not valid and will be reclaimed.

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute regarding a game outcome must be raised with 92pr customer support within 14 days of the disputed event. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered. Where a dispute cannot be resolved between the Player and 92pr directly, the matter may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority as a final stage of appeal.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 92pr platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending bonuses, and may result in legal action where applicable:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to sharing hole cards in poker or signalling in multiplayer games.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, auto-clickers, data scraping tools, or any software designed to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.

• Money Laundering: Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, making deposits with no intention of gambling (purely to move funds), or any other activity that constitutes money laundering under applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or payment provider in relation to legitimate 92pr deposits. Accounts associated with chargeback activity are immediately suspended pending investigation.
• Exploiting System Errors: Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities, or incorrectly displayed odds or game states to obtain funds or winnings to which you are not entitled.
• Threats or Harassment: Threatening, abusing, or harassing 92pr staff, live dealer personnel, or other players through any communication channel.

92pr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 92pr determines in its sole discretion that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of this Agreement;
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• KYC verification documents have not been provided within the required timeframe;
• Account activity is inconsistent with genuine recreational play;
• The account has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy);
• Regulatory, licensing, or legal obligations require such action.

Dormant Accounts: Accounts inactive for 12 months may be subject to an administrative maintenance fee of Rs 500 per month until either the balance is depleted or the player reactivates the account by logging in and conducting account activity. Players will be notified via email before dormancy fees commence.

Account Closure on Request: Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 92pr support. Platform Availability: 92pr makes no warranty that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance periods, during which the Platform may be unavailable, will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

Internet Connectivity: 92pr is not responsible for any failures, interruptions, or errors resulting from factors outside its reasonable control, including internet service provider failures, network congestion, power failures, or force majeure events.

Nothing in this Agreement shall limit or exclude 92pr's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any matter for which it would be unlawful to limit or exclude liability under applicable law.

92pr's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read in conjunction with these Terms. By registering a 92pr account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

The current version of this Agreement, marked with the effective date shown at the top of this page, supersedes all prior versions. Archived versions of previous Terms are available on request by contacting 92pr support.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws under which 92pr holds its international gaming licence, as applicable to online gaming operations serving Pakistani players.

Dispute Resolution Process:
